Returns
Should you wish to return a Monochrome Baby product due to a change of mind, we will gladly assist by providing a credit note or exchanging the item, provided we are notified within 7 days of you receiving the product. However, please note that personalised items cannot be returned for a change of mind.
- To initiate the return process, kindly inform us via email at info@monochromebaby.com.au, providing the reason for the return and specifying whether you are seeking a credit note or an exchange. In the case of an exchange, we will need to receive the original goods before sending out the replacement item.
- Goods must be in their original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- The customer is responsible for the return delivery costs and the liability of the product/s to be exchanged. We highly recommend using registered post with a tracking number for the return shipment, as we cannot assume responsibility for parcels that do not reach us. Original delivery costs will not be reimbursed, and a re-delivery fee will apply.
Faulty / Damaged Items
In the event that any of our products arrive faulty or damaged, we are more than happy to replace them or offer a refund.
To initiate the process, please contact us at info@monochromebaby.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and accompanying photos.
