Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, however please allow 5-7 business days for orders which include personalised items.

All parcels are sent by standard post with Australia Post and are subject to standard delivery times.

We charge $9.95 for standard post on all orders Australia Wide or $14.95 for express post.

Pickup is available by exception from our office in Rowville, Victoria. Please contact us before making your order if you require pickup.

We do not accept returns on any personalised items for change of mind. If any of our products are faulty or damaged, we will happily replace them or offer a refund.

Every purchase is carefully wrapped in black tissue paper and white ribbon before placing into an Australia Post satchel.

Gift boxes are also available for purchase with gift sets for an additional cost of $15.00.
